Messy Church at SCC

What is Messy Church?

An opportunity for all the family to explore the Christian faith together, through craft, stories and songs.

Messy Church is a time when families come together to enjoy being together, making things together, eating together and celebrating God together through his word.

When is Messy Church and How much Does It Cost?

Messy Church is free, and we meet on the first Monday of most school holidays (except if it is a Bank Holiday).

We meet at 10:15am at Sompting UR Church, Cokeham Road, BN15 0AE.

We hope to see you there!

A typical session looks like this:

10:15am Doors open. People arrive, say ‘hello’ to friends, enjoy our craft activities and have a drink and biscuit

Story and action songs
Lunch

12noon Finish

Our next Messy Church is Monday 23rd December 2024, 10:15am at Sompting UR Church, Cokeham Road, BN15 0AE.

We will have crafts, puppets, action songs, lunch, tea and coffee - lots of fun!

Free! (Donations welcomed)

Booking will be essential. Please book ALL adults and children/babies hoping to attend (due to health and safety capacity).

Booking will be open from Monday 25th November (8pm) we usually book out very quickly, so set an alarm as a reminder to avoid disappointment!
